Your order should be processed in 24 to 48 hours beginning the next business
day during the standard business week, Monday through Friday. If you order
is received on the weekend, the 24 to 48 hour processing period begins on
the next business day following the day your order was placed. Once your order ships you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your shipping information.
We ask that you allow 24 to 48 hours after we receive your order for us to process and ship your order. Some items require 3 to 4 business days as indicated on the item pages.

We are happy to help you with a return. You will need to obtain a return authorization number for your return to be accepted. You can request a return authorization number by phone or by email. Gift Warehouse stands behind all our products. Please let us know right away if you receive a damaged or defective item. We may ask you for the following information: Was the inside box and/or outside box damaged (since the carrier may be liable for damage caused in shipment). We may ask you to send a digital picture of the damage (if you have this capability) and this greatly speeds up the return/replacement process.

|Billing Information and Gift Certificates
We offer rush 3 - 4 Business Day shipping. Rush Shipping charge is $20.99 plus $1 for each pound. These charges are minimum guidelines
and in rare cases may not cover the expense of rush delivery and in this case
you will be notified by email and informed of any extra charge.
Rush shipping is not available for areas outside of the USA.
Our Christmas shipping policy is as follows. We offer:
- Standard Shipping (December 16th Cut-Off for Standard Christmas Delivery)
Please note after December 16th we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas
however we will ship as soon as possible and your order may arrive in time.
- Arrival by Christmas add $15.99 + $1/lb. (Available December 15th
through December 20th) This is a great method to help assure Christmas delivery. This method is a "arrive by Christmas day" option and temporarily replaces our normal 3-4 business days rush service.
This is a minimum charge and if your actual shipping charge is more than
this minimum you will be contacted.
Please note most but not all items are available for rush and you will be notified in the unlikely event
an item cannot be rush shipped.
One final note: The majority of orders placed between December 21 through
January 2nd will be processed and shipped the week of January 3rd.
Great News! Gift Warehouse.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company,
iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put
any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and click on the
"iShop USA" Logo.
Just copy and paste your selected items from our shopping cart into the iShopUSA cart. You
may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire
transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery.

. Shipping is quick and usually arrives within 12-14 days.
If you prefer to checkout with our shopping cart please note Gift Warehouse only ships to a select group of countries outside of the USA as indicated
on the order page. Orders placed in our shopping cart outside of the USA will receive an email stating the shipping cost for customers approval. Please allow 3-4 weeks or longer
for international orders.
The majority of our products will be shipped with a packing slip included
in with the shipment. A few of our shipping locations are not equipped to
include a packing slip with the order, however, we encourage our customers
to print out a copy of their order at the time the order is placed to insure
that they will have all pertinent information if they need to contact us with
questions or concerns about their order.
We ship to P.O. Boxes under our standard shipping policy and if extra charges are needed to cover any higher cost you will be notified. We also ship to APO (military addresses) and HI, AK and US Territories. Please find on the order page the appropriate charges for these shipping methods.
Any order can be sent to a different address than your own as long as the
billing address is an exact match with the credit card provided.
For our customers who are uneasy about placing orders over the Internet, we
will be happy to take orders by phone. The most efficient way to place your
order is on our secure website. This gives our customers the option of printing
out a copy of the order and checking the status of your order at any time.
This also allows us the advantage of automatic order confirmation and automatic
auto status updates presented to our customers through the indicated email
address, which helps us to more efficiently serve our customers.
Should you find a "add to cart" button is not present on the product page
this indicates that the item is currently unavailable. Please check back often

We do our very best to keep a current inventory status of our over 8000 products
at any given time, however, there is a margin of variance. Within the 24 to
48 hour processing time if we find that your item is backordered or out of
stock we will notify you by email. If you have indicated rush order we will
email you of the "out-of-stock" status as soon as possible.
|Billing Information and Gift Certificates
We accept all major credit cards, money orders and personal checks. If a personal
check is used for payment, there will be a 5-business day delay after receipt
of the check before the order is processed.
Very Important. Our policy is to verify that every billing address presented
for payment of an order is an exact match with the address on file with your
credit card company. If the billing address and does not match with the address
on file with your credit card company you will be notified within 24 to 48
hours of placing your order. This occurrence delays the processing of your
order as we are not able to continue processing your order until the correct
credit card billing address is provided.
This policy is designed to stop fraudulent orders from being placed by someone
other than an authorized user of your credit card. The majority of times that
we have to contact a customer about a non- matching credit card address is
when our customer does not indicate a separate billing address on their order.
We are unable to offer gift-wrapping to our customers at this time. However,
many of our items come in gift boxes. This information should be indicated
in the specific description of each individual item.

Gift Warehouse offers two major catalogs at this time, "World of Products" for $3.99 and "Vista" for $1.99. They are both for sale on our website under the heading "View
." The catalog prices are stated with each individual catalog

The prices charged are designed to ""share" the cost of the catalogs and shipping
with our customers. NOTE: There is a "code" used only when ordering catalogs
which defers normal shipping charges added to an item under $75. The $1.99 and
$3.99 individual costs of our two catalogs include the shipping charge.
We do not offer individual engraving on items. Any item indicating "engravable"
informs our customers know that the product has an engravable surface and
space for engraving and can be taken to a local engraver for personalization.
We do have items that are available to be imprinted with a company logo. There
is a minimal set-up fee regardless of the number of items being imprinted.
A 10-day turn-around time is required after customer approves all proofs of
imprinted material. Imprinting is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please
